It all start will a to do list (backlog) that is groom through a set of regular meeting to create transparency and adjust.
Groom the backlog for a 1 month milestone. Decide what you will work on this week. Sprint planning. What is feasible in 1 week. daily stand up 15 minutes what are the blockers , on Friday you have to present celebrate what was accomplished on Saturday, Sunday (Retrospective what worked well what did not no bashing) Monday we start again with the next sprint
